Terms and Conditions of the Wedding Competition

  • The prize is a wedding photography package worth £995
  • The winner will be chosen by Richard Liston from all valid entries received. The studio’s decision is final
  • The prize is subject to the wedding taking place between 1st April 2012 and September 30th 2012.
  • The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.
  • Closing date for entry is February 29th 2012. The winner chosen by March 11th 2012.
  • Images used as a result of this competition may be used by Richard Liston Photography for publicity, display and promotion but the copyright remains with Richard Liston.
  • The winner must organise and pay for the remaining aspects of their wedding.
  • The prizes offered are subject to be amended at any time.
  • The prize is offered in good faith and all reasonable steps have been taken to ensure the competition runs smoothly; however, in the event of any dispute the studio’s decision is final.
  • The prize does not include an album
